3. Ticket Refund and Cancellation Policy
Tickets for events are:

• Full refunds are available for cancellations made at least one week before the scheduled event date.
• 50% refunds are available for cancellations made with more than 72 hours’ notice but less than one week before the event.
• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 72 hours of the event.
• Tickets may be transferred to another person at any time. Please notify us in advance so we can update the reservation.
• Please note: We cannot guarantee dietary accommodations for special events with less than 72 hours’ notice.

4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:

• Use abusive, threatening, or inappropriate language in any communication with us
• Scrape, copy, or misuse website content or media
• Promote unauthorized events or services through our site
